Senior Construction Project Manager
- Orange & Los Angeles Counties
- Full-time
Lead complex deck waterproofing projects from planning to completion. Manage teams, coordinate with clients, and ensure quality standards are met on every project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee waterproofing projects from start to finish
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Lead and mentor project teams
Requirements:
- 5+ years construction project management experience
- Experience with waterproofing or exterior construction preferred
- PMP certification or equivalent preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation

Manage financial records for our growing construction business. Handle accounts payable/receivable, job costing, payroll, and financial reporting for multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and job costing
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare financial reports and statements
- Assist with payroll processing and tax preparation
- Support project managers with budget tracking
Requirements:
- 3+ years bookkeeping experience, construction preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Understanding of job costing and project accounting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred
