Senior Construction Project Manager

  • Full-time

Lead complex deck waterproofing projects from planning to completion. Manage teams, coordinate with clients, and ensure quality standards are met on every project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee waterproofing projects from start to finish
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
  • Lead and mentor project teams

Requirements:

  • 5+ years construction project management experience
  • Experience with waterproofing or exterior construction preferred
  • PMP certification or equivalent preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation

Construction Bookkeeper

Manage financial records for our growing construction business. Handle accounts payable/receivable, job costing, payroll, and financial reporting for multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and job costing
  • Process accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare financial reports and statements
  • Assist with payroll processing and tax preparation
  • Support project managers with budget tracking

Requirements:

  • 3+ years bookkeeping experience, construction preferred
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
  • Understanding of job costing and project accounting
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred
